This is all from memory, so if the details aren't accurate please let me know.
First of all, Will has decided to split his vice presidential responsibilities with Matt. Will got a job recently and thinks it will take away too much of his time.
Ok, after a late start we discussed a couple of things during this meeting.
T-shirts:
We have decided to go with Matt's design for the T-shirts. The general opinion was that we could use Matt's design for the t-shirt and use Tracey's to make some really cool fliers.
We managed to get the twelve orders that we need. I will be making the order at threds on Wednesday this week. If you know of anyone else that wants a t-shirt please have them message me soon!
Other projects:
We've pretty much dropped the Dance Marathon idea because of the expense. $175 is an awful amount of money for each person.
Tim suggested we do some sort of fund raiser. If anyone has any ideas for that (bake sale etc.) post 'em.
We discussed the possibility of hosting a red octane tournament. Will is getting the information for that. Hopefully we can do it sometime late winter/early spring.
