We hold weekly practices usually on Fridays starting at 6 P.M. For details, keep an eye on the announcement board. Official club meetings will be held once a month on dance nights. Please try to attend.
General Rules of conduct:
All dancers must be within good academic standing without violations of UT policies and/or federal laws.
Good sportsmanship will be enforced to support our beginner dancers. We are here to help everyone improve and have a good time. Anyone who does not follow such rules WILL BE REMOVED from the group.
Any rough-housing on equipment or in public university areas WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! The equipment is always member provided, and the RAs are doing us a favor by letting us play in public residential areas. Let's respect each other's stuff.
During meetings, no one may dance more than two songs in a row unless no one else is waiting for a turn. Doubles rounds count as two songs. Dancers who have finished their turn must go to the end of the line in waiting for their next turn.
Dues will be collected during dance nights. Please turn in dues on time. You can find the President or Vice President (e-mail, IM) to turn in your dues if you cannot make it to the dance nights.
