I just found out that DDR E2 has the option to enable Marvelouse timing in free play. I'm not exactly sure how it will affect the scoring, but I'm guessing it won't change anything. See, as I was going through dance master mode to unlock all the goodies, I happened to AAA the first song in a level that was a course (Marv's are always on in courses by the way). The score was an even 7000000, just like AAA'ing a normal song (with Marv's off).
So, as I see it, the only thing this will do is see who has 'perfecter' timing.
PS: I'm up for Marv's.
EDIT: Until I figure out how to edit polls, that 'in' on the first answer is supposed to be 'it.'

I like Marvelous. It's like just when perfects started to become less of a thrill, they throw in "MARVELOUS" just to make you feel really good

I don't like them because how can something be better than "perfect"? Shouldn't Marvelous be less than perfect? If I were in a band, I'd rather have "perfect" timing than "marvelous" timing :x

It is kind of annoying, but for you high-rollers, it can make a clear comparison as to who did better on a song. At least I think so anyway....

Marvs are annoying to me as well because I CAN NEVER HIT THEM... considering I have a better Great attack then perfect attack... LOL

I think we should play with only boos and misses. That way, we lesser players never feel too bad when we suck.

I keep spelling Extreme, as Extremem. And I'm surpised no one mentioned my typo before.
